Shipping

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $50. Orders under $50 will  pay $9 courier fee in Australia.  After your payment has been cleared (up to 3-5 working days), you should receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days for most capital cities. Outside capital cities, regional areas may take longer. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment has been approved.

Goods will be delivered by courier (signature will be required on delivery). If no one is present when delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left and for you to contact the courier.

International Orders

Shoe Empire will deliver orders internationally. Please see below for prices. If your country is not listed please contact us at info@shoeempire.com.au. These postal charges do not include taxes, duties or fees which may apply for customs reasons. All these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

New Zealand

Order to New Zealand will be sent via DHL.

The cost is $30 for orders up to 3 items in the same purchase and $6 per additional item in the same purchase.

 Returns

Shoe Empire like to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your order we are happy to process a refund or exchange for you within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.  There will be no return, refund or exchange on sale items.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase. Please send your order back to;

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your return to be processed. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card or bank account which the order was purchased. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns.

No refunds or exchange will be offered unless all goods are unworn and any tags are still attached and packaging is undamaged.

Damaged or faulty items must be advised by email to info@shoeempire.com.au within 2 days of receipt of purchase. We will gladly offer you a replacement item or  if unavailable a full refund on the return of your purchase if found damaged or faulty.
